TrustWilley, PLLC
A law firm for builders, owners, and competitors.
TrustWilley, PLLC exists because most people are forced to choose between “cheap and risky” or “expensive and slow.” We built a third option: serious legal work, delivered with clarity, urgency, and a structure that respects your time.
Our clients range from families who want their legacy protected, to small businesses that need contracts and operational guardrails, to equestrians and deal participants operating in high-trust, high-dollar environments where mistakes get expensive fast.
Attorney Tyler Willey founded the firm with a straightforward philosophy: build it right, document it right, and protect it before it breaks. We focus on durable planning, enforceable contracts, and pragmatic strategy that holds up under pressure.

Probate & Trust Administration
Probate is where families lose time, money, and patience, usually because nobody knows what happens next. TrustWilley guides executors and families through the entire court process with a clean, organized plan: filings, notices, creditor issues, asset marshaling, timelines, and distributions. The goal is simple: reduce friction, avoid preventable mistakes, and get the estate closed efficiently while keeping you informed at every step.
Trust administration should feel controlled and private, not chaotic. We help trustees carry out their duties properly: identifying and valuing assets, handling required notices, coordinating account retitling, documenting decisions, managing distributions, and closing out the trust in a way that holds up if questioned later. If conflict is brewing, we keep the posture strategic and documentation-tight so you are protected while the trust is administered correctly.
For Business
Formation & Contracts
Starting or running a small business? We help with Corp/LLC/PLLC formation, operating agreements, corporate documents, and day-to-day contracts. Many clients come to us for turnkey business setups: we file your paperwork, draft ownership agreements, and ensure licensing compliance. We avoid the pitfalls of “paper-mill” filings and give you service like a boutique attorney. After formation, we offer customized contracts and waivers (service agreements, employment or contractor contracts, lease reviews) to protect your venture. We offer both subscription counsel and project-based support that covers everything from IP considerations to risk management basics (especially important in equine businesses). Need long-term advice? We can scale services as you grow. Like a dedicated CFO for your legal needs, we keep your business compliant and your contracts airtight.
Civil Litigation
When a dispute threatens your money, your business, or your reputation, you need a plan, not noise. TrustWilley helps clients resolve civil conflicts efficiently through a strategy-first approach: early case evaluation, leverage-focused demand letters, targeted negotiation, and litigation when it’s the necessary path to a decisive result. We focus on clean theories, strong documentation, and practical outcomes, whether you’re enforcing an agreement, responding to a claim, or protecting the business you’ve built.
Common matters include contract disputes, business and partnership conflicts, payment and performance issues, and pre-suit resolution strategy.
Equine Law
At TrustWilley, horses are in our blood. We provide legal services for every part of the equine world – riders, owners, trainers, barns, and dealers.
Our services include: purchase/sale agreements, trial/lease/rental contracts, breeding agreements, boarding/training/consignment contracts, syndication agreements, and horse show contracts.
We also draft liability waivers and EMERGENCY protocols. Because Attorney Willey has 10+ years in the horse industry including experience in managing a 20+ horse barn, we understand the unique risks and will tailor each document for maximum protection. (For example: “If you breed, board, or teach riding lessons, you need a custom waiver and insurance review – we do both.”)
On the disputes side, we handle litigation equine issues as well as alternative dispute resolution for post-sale disputes, FEI/USEF hearings, and insurance claims. We’re horse people ourselves, and we speak your language.
Commodities / International Trade
TrustWilley also provides niche support for international commodity trade, focusing on agricultural products (especially sugar) between Brazil and the U.S. If you import or broker commodities, we can draft and negotiate your sales contracts, Bills of Lading, distribution agreements, and provide compliance checklists. For example, we help clients include Incoterms and payment instrument clauses properly. We also advise on sanctions screening and U.S.-Brazil trade regulations. Our goal: turn your global transactions into documented, enforceable deals. This is a developing service line, so while we have deep experience in sugar and South American markets, we welcome inquiries about other commodities.
